[pct-l] Handheld GPS Recommendations

Okay all of you wise GPS users, especially Halfmile, what handheld GPS do you recommend?  I'm looking for one that obviously can download maps and aerial photos but also is easy to mark points and put in notes on the fly.  This is work related, but I need to get better educated on these too.  The DeLorme PN40 and PN60 have good reviews and Garmin has several good units out.  Your preferences?
