[pct-l] Squall 2 on the Coast

Dear Ashley

The silicone coated nylon predominantly used in US is about 1200mm
water proof. This numeric is not enough for strong rain.  So, I am
avoiding the tents constructed by these materials, because I am living
in rainy island ( Japan ).
