[pct-l] Getting to ADZPCTKO

If you're in Idyllwild, you could hitch to Hemet and rent a car.  That will
cover your ride to and from the KO.  Then after the KO hitch from Hemet back
up to Idyllwild.  I've met lots of hikers who have done this in past years.
