[pct-l] map drops

Alright, well here's my plan, I guess i won't be needing help after all.
Just had to muddle my way through it. So far this looks like a decent plan.

Warner Springs, Hiker Heaven, Kennedy Meadows, South Lake Tahoe, Ashland,
and Cascade Locks.
