[pct-l] Lost Coast

When we were in heavy bear country, we had a doberman for defense...  Those dogs really are of a different breed,  I had no idea an animal could be that smart...  And the amount of beatdown they can lay on a bear is deserving of quite a lot of respect.  A human would have no chance... I'd rather fight a black bear than a trained dobey...

... But these dogs are professionally trained to attack... I've never seen a family pet do this sort of thing.

Anyways I missed the rest of the thread but when he mentioned he different types of dogs ... I can attest to how much breed difference makes,  but moreso how the dog is trained.
