depending on your stove you are usually safe to say 1 oz fuel for 2 cups water,  
even in windy conditions.


... so if you're just boiling 2 cups of water in the evening to put in a bag for 
your dinner, and the rest of your meals are cold ...  7 ounces would get you by 
for a week.

being that a quart is 32 ounces,  that is a month's worth if you're literally 
just boiling water once at night.

Just wondering how much alcohol I need to bring for 7days I just need to
bring water to a boil, I don't need to cook for long periods of time I am
thinking 1 quart for the week.  Sound about right?
