[pct-l] Tarp construction

I'd be worried about it making loose areas and sagging as well. You may want
to consider just making some permanent tie-outs. It's not too hard to make a
tarp. You can bond, ie glue, with Tyvek, so you might be able to just glue
some tie-outs made from strips of Tyvek. Worst case, if your bonded tie-outs
fail, you fall back to the pebble method in the field.

You don't need 550 paracord for a tarp. The 550 refers to the strength in
pounds. Something much lighter can hold a tarp just fine. Go to your local
outfitter and see what they have on the reels in bulk. Buy the lightest
stuff.
