[pct-l] PCT cost planning

Are you buying your food along the way too? That will have a big affect on
how much you spend?

I'm mailing a lot of food to myself, but will also be buying some. My
estimate is I will spend 2000-3000 on the trail, but I'm also planning to
avoid towns and hotel stays.
