[pct-l] Transportation to Ross Lake, Washington

To begin my SOBO hike in late June or early July I need to get to Ross Lake, and then hike north to the Canadian Border. Skagit County Transit has limited service from MT. Vernon east to the town of Concrete.  This is still about 30 miles short of Ross Lake.  I suppose I can hitch a ride, but wondered if there were other options. Thanks for any suggestions.
