Good morning!

If you were catering months' worth of meals for others, you would:

Provide variety
Be mindful of nutrition, texture, flavor, and seasoning
Ask what your customers like
Fix a couple of meals for them to try
And, provide more variety

So, now just cater to yourself.

Try reverse engineering your re-supply food. Ask what foods you NEVER
see in hiker's boxes. Snickers Bars? Olive oil? Dry salami? Nutella?
Fresh garlic? Corn chips?

Anyone else got a list of "never see it in a hiker's box" foodstuffs?

Doug
