My Tilley weighs 5.5 oz; the other hat (from Vermont Country Store) weighs 2.7oz.  Both size large.  Weighed on my scale.

  A couple ounces heavier?  Even the heaviest Tilley is only 4 ounces...  The ltm6 is 3.1oz
