No because it's coated nylon, t slides along the surrounding brush...
... The dry ducks have a peached surface, so they snag on thorns .
Sylnylon is MUCH stronger than people give it credit for... Couple that with he slippery surface and it holds up much better... I have used both, though not on the pct
