[pct-l] Chaos On The PCT (now "Hammock Chaos On The PCT"?)

Lake Morena isn't the only place you can't tie to a tree. California state parks also don't allow it. This would include Anza Borrego (yes there are trees at Scissors Crossing), San Jacinto (state park only, not long on the trail but some camp in it in Idyllwild), Silverwood Lake, and Burney Falls. Other parks may have similar rules. 

I learned about state parks when I got grief that I had hung an American flag from a tree.
