[pct-l] Computer Access (Cell/Wi-Fi coverage)

Many trail towns with public libraries will have computer access, as do the well known 
trail angel stops...  Many of those locations will also have wi-fi, too...

If you have a smartphone or similar, check out Halfmile's listings for cell & wi-fi
