Where's global warming when it's needed?

It's right here in front of you.

2005 - warmest year in global record, (spring 2006) 6th snowiest in
southern sierra
2010 - 2nd warmest, (spring 2011) 2nd snowiest on record in many west
coast ranges
1998 - 3rd warmest, 1st snowiest in sierra.

Increased temperature increases the rate of ocean evaporation which
puts more water into the atmosphere giving exactly the conditions
you'd see today. The pacific coast has front row seats for the weather
gods wrath.

In fact, the 11 warmest years on record have happened in the last 13
years. While you may say the records go back only 120 years, the proxy
data go back thousands of years. The fact is something is happening,
man made or otherwise decide for yourself, but it's not part of a
natural cycle that has ever been seen. All 11 record temps happened
during a long solar minimum.
