[pct-l] snow around Crater Lake

Hi,

Heading home for a driving trip, I drove Or #138 & OR #62 around the north 
and then part of the west sides of Crater Lake NP. Road thru the park was 
still closed due to snow. Along the highway above 4,500' or so the ground 
was snow covered back in the forest and at the higher potion I guestimated 
there was 2' - 3' of snow back in the forest.
