[pct-l] Avoiding snow in Northern Cal.

Others on the list live really close to these areas who might have
better answers, but I would tend to think that if you want to avoid
the vast majority of snow, hit the trail in Seiad Valley, California
(Section R, mile 1662). This would allow you to by-pass Lassen, the
Marbles, the Trinities, and all the other beautiful (but snow capped)
mountains (at least for a number of more weeks from what I
understand). Section R only has one or two places over 7,000 feet. But
honestly, this year, I think everybody needs to keep being prepared
for snow.
