[pct-l] Dogs on PCT

I have looked that page over a few times, somehow I missed this before...

"after two to three weeks on the trail will probably need 100% more food".

wow. that could result in a massive amount of weight that the dog
would be needing to carry, especially through the 12-15 days of the
Sierras and the long stretch past Tehachapi.
