[pct-l] Priming Sawyer Water filter

If it's the gravity version, you need to get rid of the air.  On my gravity
filter I'll turn the filter upside down until the air gets pushed out by the
water.  Banging the side of the filter can help dislodge bubbles.  After
that it flows very quickly.
