[pct-l] Tent on a PCT Hike Thru

Hi Darrell,
	I started with a Big Agnes Seedhouse and expected to use it without the flysheet since I hadn't done a lot of camping before and I didn't like the idea of critters. At the Third Gate Spring (mile 90 ish?) someone said to try sleeping without the tent and I never looked back. Eventually I swapped the tent for a  Henry Shires Rainbow but still used it very rarely. I decided that when I needed cover a tarp wasn't enough, and when I didn't need cover I didn't want anything. There were times when I woke at night and  I literally said "wow" at the universe spinning above me. Hundreds of miles from street lights they may be the best skies you'll ever see.
