[pct-l] Section R water inquiry

Good morning!

I am inquiring about the water availability currently on Section R between
Seiad Valley and Ashland.  Any water information would be helpful,
particularly on the big climb out of Seiad Valley.  I don't really want to
schlep 6 liters if it's not necessary.
