[pct-l] camp near I-5 & Siskiyou Summit

Thanks to all of you have responded with suggestions. We have a lot of 
possibilities.

I think we'll probably overnight at Callahans and indulge ourselves in 
caloric gluttony knowing we'll burn it off on the trail.
