[pct-l] Sierras

[Yoshihiro Murakami]

These original data were indicated as  " Snow water equivalent, cm ",

Island Pass, and  Gladys-Johnston Lk were covered by 10-20cm water (
It might be correspond to 1m  snow depth, I don't know exactly.) There
might be no snow  from  the south of Red Meadow.
