[pct-l] Teen dies in fall at Cedar Creek Falls

This didn't occur on the PCT but is another example of a hiker's  poor
judgement,  over estimating one's ability, and under estimating trail
conditions.   Be careful out there and think carefully before you make a
move that is potentially dangerous.
