[pct-l] Mo money mo problems

Everywhere I stopped on '09 took credit cards. That included, despite the
documentation saying otherwise, Kennedy Meadows South, VVR and Stehekin. I
think the only cash I used was donations to trail angels. Personally, I
wouldn't bother with more than about fifty dollars in cash and then top it
up from ATMs in the bigger towns when it gets low.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how much money to carry at one time
(for stops in towns, trail angels, etc.)? Do you carry cash? Take a debit or
credit card? Utilize ATMs in towns? My support people will be in New
Hampshire and Ohio, so anything mailed will be traveling a great distance.
