This is just the ticket. I am teaching a short course on PCT hiking success strategies in February at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute in Ashland and will recommend the group check this out when planning. I am also recommending they use your website for maps and GPS data. Thanks for all of your work.

Paul Bodnar's posting last week about the success rate of hikers
prompted me to have another look at the data I have been collecting
from hiker journals and attempt to come up with some kind of hiker
scheduling tool. Maybe a few hikers will find this interesting or
useful for planning.
