[pct-l] Thru hiking couples

I knew a number of couples last year who did well hiking together, and made
it all the way.  Two I hiked at least 1,800 miles with were Plain Slice and
Little Engine, some of my favorite people on trail.  They got along really
well, even when stuff went wrong, like hiking too far apart, and one taking
a wrong turn.  Scared all of us in the Trinities with that one.  But once
when I mentioned that they were the most compatible couple I'd ever spent
time in camp with, Little Engine leaned over to me and said, that's alright,
but we do have "whisper fights."  And we all cracked up laughing. Those two
are great.
