It is not just Comcast. Time Warner/Road Runner did the same thing, but it
is working now.

It could be that your ISP has decided pct-l forum is a spammer.
Comcast - in it's great Nanny wisdom - did exactly that to me last month,
and to another trusted email two years ago. It doesn't matter what settings
you have in your personal email account, their servers think that because of
the pattern of emails being sent, that the now-blocked site LOOKS, ACTS, or
smells like a spammer, and the system just rejects all mail from
it.........without telling you. I had to email the list administrator to
find out why I wasn't getting any messages. He suggested (and I did) get a
whole new gmail address and re-subscribe to the list to get the messages.
Even filling out Comcast's form to supposedly re-instate the forum did not
work.
I'm looking for a new ISP.
