[pct-l] Shelters on PCT

In 05 we had cold monsoon-like rain near Scissors Crossing for hours on end (several hikers were close to hypothermic) and freezing cold at the kick off and before Big Bear.  Snowstorm at Idyllwild that collapsed some tents.   It's not all desert out there, it's the crest and people don't take lots of photos in bad weather.

Every year is different!  Have fun out there!
