you made the dreaded planning part of this trail minimized and easy... and put 
the emphasis back on walking through nature !

grocery stores from Memory,

RidgeCrest
Lone Pine (not a huge store but a full grocery store you typically find in
smaller towns)
Mammoth
Shasta City
Etna (not a huge store but a full grocery store you typically  find in
smaller towns)
Ashland
Sisters or Bend
Cascade Locks (not a huge store but a full grocery store you typically find
in smaller towns)
Leavenworth
