[pct-l] Places to stay around Campo

You can stay in San Diego and get a ride early in the morning. You  
have to arrange it with the trail angel there who does this. The name  
escapes me but someone will tell you.

I found a nice campsite within about 4 hours on the trail. I also  
could have stealth camped earlier than 4 hours in and later as well.  
So you could start your hike in the afternoon if needed.
