[pct-l] Librarys with internet?

O.K. after finding out that the pocket email thing stanks,im now
thinking just a cell phone and counting on public librarys for e-mail
services will be my way of life for a few months(postcards,hand
written journal). So,is there a decent amount of librarys with
internet in the socal section,or am I burnt? How much $ should I offer
to use someone elses e-mail,phone,text? Im sure my battery supply will
be dead sometimes.
