[pct-l] 2 person stove setup

Trail designs makes a 'caldera cone' setup which I have for many different
pots.  I have fit 50 mL of fuel in the stove that comes with the setup (its
a soda can stove) just to see how much could fit, and typically its about 15
mL HEET/Cup to boil, im sure you could fit 60 mL in the stove, though
technically they dont advise it theres plenty of space i believe.  They make
a setup for their own 2 quart pot, not sure if theres any other pots that
are large that they make them for, it seems they may be low on inventory.
