Tell me about it.. I have a stressed tendon in my foot and just got a
cortisone shot last week!  I cant even go out to do any training hikes.. I
need to let this thing heal till at least the 2nd week of February before
getting out hiking again..   Thats what I get for doing the wonderland trail
in 3 and a half days with out any warm up training before hand...   :-(
