[pct-l] Mt Whitney Permit

Greg,

Either you misunderstood, or I did. I think the permits are only for the use
of the Whitney Portal trail, no?
It's been my understanding that entry from the west is allowed with your
thru hiker permit. Someone will for sure correct me if I'm wrong.
