[pct-l] Resupply points Update

Hey everyone,

We had a problem with the resupply points list (
http://planyourhike.com/planning/resupplypoints.php) not linking to the Best
on the Crest reports.
That's fixed now.  I've also update info on the Quincy resupply point.  I
apologize for the delay in fixing that problem.  You know how it goes:
holidays and traveling and stuff..
