[pct-l] rain chaps vs rain pants

Personally, rain coats and pants have me sweat unmercifully. I would
rather use a poncho that I can let drape loosely or tighten in wind.
I've never found rain pants to be of use, other than as a way to wear
the hair from my legs.

They always get wet - the legs I mean. But then again, I dont' carry
pants of any kind unless expecting long stretches of snow, when light
nylon works. Post holing tends to abrade, and we don't want to stitch!!!
