Ashley -

Before purchasing a new bag, you might consider contacting the manufacturer.
 Some will re-loft your bag for free.  If that doesn't pan out, I recommend
sending your bag to Rainy Pass Repair (www.rainypass.com). I use Rainy Pass
Repair to replace the DWR coating on my bags when they wear out.  They've
also replaced zippers in my Marmot windshirt.  Excellent customer service,
decent pricing, and very fast turnaround.
