YES, call the PCTA for a new permit.

Permits are only valid between the dates and locations listed.  

If you even THINK you might take longer or go farther than planned, extend
the ending date and/or location. Better to have unused days or miles than to
risk running without a valid permit.

frantic should I be? Should I resend for another permit or just email
