On CA NPS (national parks) lands, your backcountry permit (or PCTA Thru-Permit) is
also your NPS campfire 'permit'...
It is always up to YOU to know the current regulations/restrictions on each agency's
individual unit (NFS forest, BLM district, NPS park)...
