[pct-l] i injured my back ... advice ?

Yes, I have. My chiropractor was the most help, and he advises ice 3 or more
times a day on the affected area--it helps the swelling go down, muscles can
relax and so forth as your doctor suggested. I found that it really felt
good to use the ice. He also treated it with chiropractic
adjustments....so a combo of those two things is what I like. You can also
use anti-inflammatories if you're into that...Ibuprofen for example. If you
have so much pain that Advil's not helping, maybe you need something
stronger for a few days--so you can relax and the muscles can too.
