[pct-l] 20 degree vs 30 degree bag for Oregon

I know there have been plenty of answers to this.  August can be the end 
of the melt and is WARM with skeeters you can't believe.  I picked up a 
food drop at Elk Lake and a group of girl scouts came out early.  It was 
sad to see how miserable they were from the mosquito bites and heat.  It 
is unlikely you will find temperatures dripping below 40 degrees - with 
the caveat it can always drop below 40 degrees.  I can't remember ever 
being cold in Oregon except when it rains...
