[pct-l] Whitney Permit

You don't access Whitney from the portal, you would being coming from the
PCT via crab tree meadow if i recall.  You will pass the and join the Portal
trail about half way up.
There are a few good campsite off PCT also, I stayed at Guitar Lake and made
it up and back before dark.  I think I left around 3 pm, just hope you don't
mind a marmot invasion while you're slack packing.
