[pct-l] Thru Permit

I was planning to get going before the ko, as muchas I would love to be
there I just don't have the time.  What should I do if it doesn't get here
before my start date of 4/16/11?  I guess I could have my wife forward it to
me on the trail.  Has anyone had this happen?
