Are PCT Section Hikers allowed to register to get a camp spot? I'll be
hiking up to Mt. Laguna from the border for this section hike, but would
also like to attend this event (and camp, if allowed).

No matter what, REGISTER for ADZPCTKO. You won't be able to spend the night
unless you do as we overflow the campground. (Walk in hikers as find space
for, and we know who you are.) Either way registration helps us have enough
food - and portapotties .
