Hi Lisa, String cheese, while boring after a while, held up fine for several weeks in a resupply. Instead of bread, I had all sorts of crackers sent. Rye crisp or even triscuits taste great with month old string cheese. Well by that point pretty much anything you eat tastes pretty darn good, except corn pasta. Save yourself the grief. Shroomer >
