[pct-l] problem with the list

If I was the admin, I wouldn't work with them. Microsoft can be a major PITA
to work with. Hopefully Brick is more tolerant of MS.

I can't recommend Gmail enough. Threaded email is such a dramatic
improvement over the old style of viewing email that it almost makes the old
method obsolete.
