[pct-l] Which Book to Read ??

I just finished Born To Run too. One of the most inspiring books I've read, and it has some useful info for thru hikers. I want to try pinole and chia seeds. I am not sure I can hike barefoot, but I certainly want to try to hike with fully loaded backpack (28 lbs in my case) using sandals.  And I don't think I'll be jumping off a ten foot ladder with bare feet ;-)

If you try to eat it straight however, as I learned back then, it bulks up right in your mouth.  Much better to grind and mix that with water too I would think.
