[pct-l] Why don't we wee more Thoracic bags (front packs / balance pockets / bodypack) in the Industry?

Since the reform already passed and I haven't thru hiked yet, I'm not
pre-existing yet, right?

I definitely have the disorder. Or is it a... what's the opposite of
disorder? :)
