[pct-l] Why don't we wee more Thoracic bags (front packs / balance pockets / bodypack) in the Industry?

That's the second thing I dislike too. It gets in the way of seeing my feet.

My biggest complaint is the extra weight on my shoulders. I like to adjust
my pack throughout the day to shift the weight from my hips, to my
shoulders, back to hips, etc

I have been experimenting with new methods to carry a DSLR. This weekend I
figured out a good method. I put a small carabiner through the neck strap,
near the camera body, where it loops back on itself. It does not move, but I
will sew a few stitches through the strap to make sure it does not slide. I
then hook the carabiner over the bottom of the shoulder strap. The camera
rests nicely against my hip belt. I was worried it would bounce a lot, but
it hardly moves at all. I'm quite happy with this new approach after hiking
8 miles this weekend. I will keep testing, but I am confident this is going
to work well for me.

Thanks for sharing your pictures.
